Stepping into the role of Professional Development Manager – an integral role within our network which allows opportunities for our members to expand their knowledge, access relevant information and training, while providing opportunity for strategic networking opportunities – Ms Smith brings a wealth of experience in education and events across a broad range of industries.
“Kristy brings a fantastic level of technical expertise, and we have no doubt she will continue executing our existing learning and development programs and initiatives, further building opportunities for our network through her insights from outside of the industry,” Mr Davoren said.
Lauren Brewer has been appointed to the newly created position of Marketing and Innovations Manager.
Ms Brewer joins the network with strong familiarity and industry experience, combining more than seven years in the real estate sector with significant marketing expertise.
“Lauren has a deep understanding of the industry and brings a fresh, energetic approach to marketing, along with strong industry insight that will continue to support our brand’s profile and digital presence.”
Both Ms Smith and Ms Brewer bring a wealth of experience to their respective roles, hitting the ground running as the network continues to build momentum remaining firmly in growth mode heading into 2026.
