According to Mansion Global, Cody purchased the Busch Drive compound in 2023 for US$7.7 million (AUD$12 million), and the property has occasionally appeared in the background of his videos, which range from TikTok shorts to full-length podcasts.
The 1.86-acre estate sits just a three-minute walk from Zuma Beach and comprises multiple structures: a mid-century main residence, an entertainment barn with loft bedroom, a permanent mobile home, a recording studio, horse barns, and a four-car garage.
