Reality television personalities Terry and Heather Dubrow have purchased a second penthouse in Los Angeles – located directly beneath one they already own.
The couple, known for the TV series “Botched” and “Real Housewives of Orange County”, paid US$13.75 million (A$21.8 million) for the 520-square-metre unit in Century City, below the original US$15.99 million (A$25.3 million) asking price.

Terry and Heather bought the penthouse above in October 2022 for US$14 million (A$22.2 million).
If combined via a staircase, the two residences would create approximately 1,008 square metres of living space – the second-largest penthouse in the building.

According to the New York Post, the newly purchased residence spans half a floor and includes three bedrooms, five bathrooms, and near-360-degree views stretching from the Pacific Ocean to the mountains.
The primary suite has a sitting area and a spa-like bath retreat.

Inside, there’s an open kitchen, a massive dining room, fireplaces and room for a home office.
The 42-storey building was designed by the late architect Robert A.M. Stern and houses 140 units with resort-style amenities including a pool, spa, wine cellar and screening room.

The transaction marks Century City’s most expensive condo sale so far this year.
Bachir Oueida of Douglas Elliman held the listing.
Cassandra Petersen Harris of Coldwell Banker and Charlie Edgar of the Go Group at Sotheby’s represented the Dubrows.
