Ray White United Group has acquired an established Toongabbie real estate business, marking the group’s eighth office since Peter Diamantidis opened his first Ray White in 2021.
The acquisition brings a 30-year-old local business under the Ray White banner, with most of the existing sales, property management, and administration teams staying on.
Peter said conversations with the previous owner began around 12 months ago, with Toongabbie a natural fit following the group’s eastward expansion from St Marys.
“It’s going to be the same faces under a new name,” he said.
“I think being part of the Ray White United Group team will inject some new energy into an already high performing team.”
Ray White United Group now employs more than 125 team members across its eight offices in Western Sydney and the Hills district.
Ray White Arndell Park, the group’s seventh office, opened less than a year ago.
Ray White NSW CEO Tim Snell said Peter’s growth trajectory stood out within the network.
“To open eight offices in just a few short years is a testament to his leadership, ambition, and the strength of his team,” Tim said.
“His relentless focus on people and performance has set a new benchmark for what’s possible in real estate.”
