Ray White Dandenong is undergoing a leadership restructure, with director Ben Jusufi welcoming sales agent Mo Zeitouneh as a business partner.

The agency will relocate to a new premises in Dandenong, with refurbishments underway.

Ben, 35, has operated in the Dandenong market since 2009. Mo, 27, began his real estate career as Ben’s assistant in 2019 and has since established himself as a leading agent in Endeavour Hills.

“Mo and I share the same values, the same drive, and the same vision for what Ray White Dandenong can become,” Ben said.

“This is more than a business decision. It’s a partnership built on trust, brotherhood, and a genuine belief in each other.”

Mo said the milestone was meaningful given the pair’s history.

“Ben has been an extraordinary mentor. I owe so much of my success to his guidance. To now stand alongside him as a business partner is something I’m deeply proud of.”

The existing Ray White Dandenong sales team will join the new business.

Ben described Dandenong as one of Melbourne’s most compelling markets, defined by its diversity.

“From entry-level properties that open the door for first home buyers, through to multi-million-dollar homes sought after by upsizers and investors, the suburb offers genuine opportunity across every price point,” he said.

Mo said the immediate priority was building momentum by strengthening team capability and growing market share across key suburbs before expanding through strategic recruitment.

Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Domenic Belfiore said the partnership reflected the kind of leadership that drives the network forward.

“This partnership is a natural evolution, and the investment they’re making in their people, their office, and their community is a clear signal of their ambitions,” Domenic said.
