Principal Jody Fewster welcomed the appointment, citing Rachel’s extensive experience and leadership approach as key factors in the decision.
Rachel Hannah brings more than 20 years of customer experience across Australia and overseas to her new role.
Most recently serving as General Manager and Licensee overseeing a rent roll exceeding 1,500 properties, Rachel has demonstrated her capability in leading teams through complex property management environments.
Her leadership philosophy is centred on a people-first approach, with emphasis on team development, culture, and relationship building as foundations for long-term success.
“Rachel’s hands-on leadership style and strategic vision for property management will be instrumental as we grow this division,” Jody Fewster said.
“Her focus on operational excellence combined with her commitment to team culture makes her an ideal fit for our agency.”
Rachel’s role will encompass strategic direction of the property management division, building key relationships, and working closely with the sales team to drive operational excellence across the agency.
