Orlando Bloom has listed his Malibu home for US$12 million (A$18.5 million) following his split from Katy Perry last year.
The Lord of the Rings actor purchased the four-bedroom property with his then-wife, Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr, in 2011 for approximately US$2.5 million (A$3.8 million).
Orlando told Realtor the 1970s house served as his primary residence for more than a decade, but he hasn’t lived there for several years and has since moved further north in California.

The actor completed an extensive renovation on the property, saying the works cost more than twice what he originally paid for the house.
When he first bought the home, Orlando said the ground floor was “a bit higgledy piggledy”.
He opened up the floor plan to create open-plan living and kitchen spaces and added an outdoor pool overlooking the ocean.

The home is located in a gated community and features interiors by artist Roy McMakin, with what Orlando describes as a “Japanese feel” – including sea-foam green kitchen cabinets and Mexican tiles.
The property also features a garage where Orlando kept his motorcycle collection.

Orlando’s son Flynn spent much of his early life at the property.
After Orlando and Miranda split in 2013, the Australian model lived nearby so their son could be close to both parents.
Miranda sold her own Malibu home in 2024 for US$4.1 million (A$6.3 million) and is now married to Snapchat chief executive Evan Spiegel.

Orlando later dated Katy Perry for close to a decade before the pair confirmed their split last year.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star said he was reluctant to let go of the Malibu house but decided to sell after renting it out last year.
Chris Cortazzo from Compass has the listing.
