OBrien Real Estate has opened a new office in Doreen, expanding its footprint in Melbourne’s northern corridor.
The office will be led by directors Anna Varrica and George Stathakis, who also manage the group’s Mill Park and Preston locations. Anna brings 26 years of industry experience, while George has 16 years.
“Our people are our greatest strength,” said Managing Director Dean O’Brien.
“With Anna and George’s experienced leadership in place, we’re confident in delivering outstanding results for the Doreen community.”
Doreen, located 29km from Melbourne’s CBD, has seen continued residential development and infrastructure investment in recent years.
The suburb attracts interest from families, first-home buyers, and investors.
The new office brings together an existing local team now operating under the OBrien brand and network.
