Neya Perovec appointed Chief Operating Officer at Realmark

Realmark has appointed Neya Perovec as Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 16 years of property industry experience to strengthen the group's operational excellence.

Realmark has appointed Neya Perovec as Chief Operating Officer (COO), reflecting the group’s continued focus on operational excellence and sustainable growth across its residential and commercial portfolios.

With more than 16 years of property industry experience, Ms Perovec has worked across residential and commercial sectors in both strategic and operational roles.

Her career includes positions at organisations such as Raine & Horne and Burgess Rawson, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing standards and driving positive outcomes across the businesses.

Since joining Realmark, Ms Perovec has been central to delivering key business improvements that support client service and internal efficiencies, particularly for the Realmark Commercial team.

Her expertise spans from strategic planning and financial management to compliance and process optimisation, all underpinned by a proactive, solutions-focused approach to leadership.

“Realmark has always been driven by innovation, insight and integrity, and my role is to ensure our people, systems and services reflect that at every level,” Ms Perovec said.

“It’s about equipping our team to be able to give our clients the clarity and support they need to make informed decisions and achieve great outcomes.”

As COO, Ms Perovec will oversee operational alignment across Realmark Strata, Realmark Commercial and Realmark Urban, ensuring consistency in systems, service and performance alongside the Realmark Network.

Her appointment strengthens the executive team’s capability in digital transformation, network development and service delivery.
