With 19 years of experience, including time as a business owner, Daimin brings a wealth of knowledge in both residential and commercial sales to Ray White Atherton.
Having built a successful real estate career in the region, he now sees an opportunity to step away from business ownership and focus fully on his passion, delivering exceptional outcomes for his clients.
Daiminโs move also brings a number of property managements under the Ray White banner, strengthening the office’s service offering.
The timing of Daiminโs appointment follows the retirement of much-loved agent Suzey Whitby, who spent 21 years in the industry, including 7.5 years with Ray White Rural Atherton. Daimin shared that he feels incredibly fortunate to take the reins from Suzey, and is eager to expand into rural and lifestyle properties, while continuing to specialise in residential and commercial sales.
“Ray White was the only brand I would ever consider joining,” Daimin said.
โI couldnโt think of anyone better than Daimin to join the teamโ, Suzey replied.
“Their reputation, strong community values, and commitment to relationships made the choice easy. Iโm excited about the new opportunities ahead including the support, exposure, and longevity that comes with Ray White which will allow me to continue delivering premium results for my clients.โ
Suzey Whitby retires from the industry with deep appreciation for the journey sheโs had.
Reflecting on her career, โIโm feeling all the emotions. I am sad, excited, scared, and thrilled. From my very first Ray White event, the Connect Conference, I remember thinking, โWow, what a company.โ That feeling never leftโ, Suzey said.
With warm appreciation, Suzey credits former business owner Margaret Black and current Director Diane Brennan for their unwavering support throughout her time at Ray White.
โThey made me feel truly valued, as did the broader Ray White Rural family, including Paul and Matt White.โ
โThe real highlight of my career? Without a doubt, the relationships. It was never just about the sale price โ it was about the people and the connectionsโ, Suzey said.
Looking forward to spending more time with her family, Suzey is excited to be travelling around Australia with her wife, Sarah.
Director Ray White Rural Atherton, Diane Brennan said the transition marks an exciting new chapter. The future of Ray White Rural Atherton is bright, built on a foundation of genuine care for clients. Itโs their unwavering trustworthiness and sincere approach that continues to set them apart as market leaders in the region.
As Ray White Rural Atherton looks to the future, it does so with a deep respect for its past and a renewed energy to grow with the community it proudly serves.
โWe are thrilled to welcome Daimin and confident he will continue the legacy of commitment and care our clients know and trust.โ
โWhile we are sad to see Suzey go, we are proud of her achievements and grateful for the impact she has left on our team and communityโ, Diane said.
Director Ray White Rural Atherton Morgan Brennan is very proud of their team. The Ray White family values and legacy filter through our family business.
โWe couldnโt be prouder of the professionalism and kindness that our team displays each and every dayโ
โWe are a family business working for a family brand, itโs more than a transaction and thatโs our point of differenceโ, Morgan said.
CEO Ray White Rural and Livestock, Matt White, praised the teamโs culture and tenure.
โItโs a testament to Diane and Morganโs leadership and their teamโs professionalism. The consistent testimonials from their clients speak volumes about the positive environment theyโve created, we couldn’t be prouderโ, Matt said.
