The model and actress, daughter of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, purchased the apartment in 2018 and recently completed a comprehensive makeover of the space.
According to the New York Post, the listing comes as Gerber has moved to California to film Ryan Murphy’s new series “The Shards.”
Georgia McDonald of the Power Team at Corcoran, who holds the listing, described the property as exceptional among Soho’s offerings.

The two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom residence features numerous high-end upgrades personally overseen by Gerber.
These include new white oak floors, a redesigned oak fireplace surround, and a completely revamped kitchen with custom cabinetry and premium appliances from brands like Sub-Zero, Gaggenau, and Miele.
Located on a high floor of a discreet full-service building completed in 2006, the apartment offers 11-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows with views overlooking Mercer Street.

A private lift opens directly into the great room, while the kitchen flows into a dining area large enough to accommodate ten guests.
The primary suite includes an east-facing balcony and a Carrara marble bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a glass rain shower.

The second bedroom also features its own marble bath, and the unit includes additional amenities such as a powder room, in-unit laundry, central air, and a private 75-square-foot storage room.
Despite the extensive renovations, the apartment has seen minimal use since the updates were completed.

The building itself offers residents a 24-hour doorman and a fitness centre, with a contemporary façade designed to blend into Soho’s historic cast-iron district. Its location places it in the heart of Soho’s luxury retail corridor, providing convenient access to high-end shopping and dining options.
Gerber, who has appeared in projects including “American Horror Story” and the film “Bottoms,” has established herself as both a model and actress.
Her decision to sell comes as she focuses on her acting career in Los Angeles.
