Magain Real Estate unveils rebrand for 50th anniversary

South Australian agency Magain Real Estate has launched a refreshed brand identity to celebrate 50 years of service, returning to its roots while embracing the future.

Magain Real Estate has unveiled a refreshed look to mark its 50th anniversary, honouring its legacy while introducing a modern design that reflects its ongoing commitment to South Australian clients.

The updated visual identity features a contemporary logo, refined design elements, and a return to the original “Magain green” that pays homage to the company’s roots as Barrie Magain Real Estate.

The rebrand extends beyond aesthetics to include improvements across Magain’s marketing, client touchpoints, and an upgraded website experience, all aimed at enhancing client service.

With a career at Magain that began in 1998, Managing Director Zoe Ball said the rebrand celebrates the company’s strong local roots and its longstanding commitment to personal service.

“As someone who has lived and worked in Adelaide’s southern suburbs my whole life, I know how important trust and community connection are to our clients,” Ms Ball said.

“Magain has been part of the South Australian property landscape for 50 years because we put people first and deliver real results. This rebrand honours where we have come from while ensuring we continue to serve our community with the same genuine care, local expertise and personal service our clients expect.”

Established in 1975, Magain Real Estate has grown from a single office to 14 locations across Adelaide and surrounding suburbs. The company now employs over 110 staff and manages one of South Australia’s largest rental portfolios with more than 4,400 properties.

General Manager Mark Bickley noted the strength of the Magain brand across the state.

“Since joining Magain, I’ve seen firsthand why it is so well known and trusted across South Australia,” Mr Bickley said.

“Sold by Magain. Again. is more than a tagline. It is a promise to our clients that we deliver real results, time and time again. I am proud to help lead the next chapter of this incredible local business.”

The company’s enduring tagline “Sold by Magain. Again.” remains central to its brand promise, emphasising consistent results and reliable service.

CEO Mike Dobbin described the rebrand as both a milestone and an exciting new chapter.

“This rebrand is an important milestone for us,” Mr Dobbin said. “It is about honouring 50 years of trusted service while setting ourselves up for the next 50.”
