Luxury property specialist Anna Chen returns to BresicWhitney

BresicWhitney has announced the return of respected Lower North Shore sales agent Anna Chen, in a powerful testament of the group’s ability to strengthen the careers of Sydney’s most ambitious and high-performing agents.

Anna rejoins BresicWhitney with more than a decade of experience spanning luxury property sales and business development.

Her Lower North Shore focus includes key suburbs such as Mosman, Cremorne, and Northbridge.

During her tenure with BresicWhitney, Anna achieved notable success, including the sale of trophy waterfront homes such as 41 Battle Boulevard Seaforth for circa $16 million, and 12 Edgecliffe Esplanade Seaforth for circa $12 million.

More recently, Anna has been involved in the circa $43 million sale of 49 Coolawin Road Northbridge, and 35 Dorset Road Northbridge, for circa $14 million.

“BresicWhitney stands for excellence in everything it does,” Ms Chen said.

“From its culture of collaboration across Sydney’s lifestyle markets to, its reputation for representing the most prestigious homes.

“These were key in my decision to return to BresicWhitney, and I’m looking forward to continuing to further grow my career and the results I can achieve for clients.”

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Hokkien, Anna brings a valuable ability to connect with both local and international buyers and sellers across Sydney’s lifestyle suburbs.

She will continue to collaborate closely with the BresicWhitney Lower North Shore team and the group’s wider team across the Eastern Suburbs, Inner City, Inner West, Hunters Hill and more.

BresicWhitney CEO Thomas McGlynn welcomed Anna’s return.

“Anna understands the precision and care required to excel and build a long-term career in Sydney’s prestige property markets,” Mr McGlynn said.

“We’re proud that she’s recognised BresicWhitney’s suitability and capability within this space.

“Her return reflects her ambition to continue building her career while delivering excellence for her clients.”

Mr McGlynn added that BresicWhitney’s growth remained sustainable and strategic.

“Our vision to be Sydney’s leading property group is not only about market presence and trust, but our team’s commitment to our values, and our culture of excellence.

“To welcome back people like Anna reflects the clear expectations and standards we have for ourselves – and their recognition of how this supports success.”
