Kylie Jenner has listed her Hidden Hills mansion for $20.25 million (AUD$31.5 million), nearly a decade after purchasing the property for $12.05 million.

The 28-year-old reality TV star and Khy fashion founder bought the 13,200-square-foot property in 2016, when she was 19, and used it as her primary residence for several years.

The listing comes just three months after Kylie placed her Holmby Hills concrete mansion on the market for $48 million.

The Hidden Hills property has undergone extensive renovations since purchase.

The home now features eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms, including an attached guest suite with private entrance, kitchenette, and courtyard.

“The light-filled residence was designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, featuring a spectacular open floor plan,” according to the listing held by Josh Altman of Douglas Elliman.

The chef’s kitchen includes two islands and opens to a great room with disappearing glass walls.

Additional amenities include a home theatre, wet bar, game room, gym, massage room, and office with a fireplace.

The primary suite features a private sitting area, two walk-in closets, an en suite bathroom with a stone soaking tub, and a balcony.

The 1.4-acre grounds include a swimming pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit area.

The sale won’t see Kylie leave Hidden Hills entirely – where most of her family also resides.

According to Realtor.com, she purchased a plot of land in the area for $15 million ($23.3 million AUD) in 2020 and has spent more than five years building a custom 18,000-square-foot estate.

That property, nearing completion as of June 2025, includes a 12-car garage, guesthouse, sports court, security office, and swimming pool.
