Knight Frank has appointed Eileen Corrigan as Head of Asset Management Services (AMS) Victoria, bringing back a former employee who spent nearly a decade with the firm before taking senior roles at different companies.
Eileen will lead the Victorian AMS team, overseeing services that include driving asset values and supporting investment strategy for clients.
“Eileen brings extensive expertise in people leadership, client relationship management and business development across both private and institutional sectors,” said Dominic Long, Knight Frank Managing Director Victoria.
The appointment comes alongside two internal promotions.
Rhett Wilsmore has been promoted to Director of AMS Victoria from his previous role as Head of Facilities Management.
Rhett has been with Knight Frank for nearly 14 years – starting as a Facilities Manager in 2012 – and brings more than 20 years of industry experience across government, institutional and private portfolios.
Kris Campbell steps up from Senior Facilities Manager to Head of Facilities Management.
He joined Knight Frank in 2018 and has more than a decade of experience in commercial building management.
Lisa Atkins, Knight Frank Managing Director Asset Management Services, said the new leadership structure positions the firm for growth in Victoria.
“The calibre, experience and track record of Eileen, Rhett and Kris further deepens our AMS leadership bench and directly supports stronger client outcomes,” Lisa said.
For Eileen, the move back was about the people.
“Ultimately, it was the people and the ambition of the business that drew me back to Knight Frank,” she said.
“My vision is to build on the strength of the existing team, supporting a collaborative, high-performing culture with a proactive, commercial mindset.”
