Knight Frank expands Victorian industrial team

Knight Frank has bolstered its Victorian industrial team with several key appointments as the firm prepares for anticipated growth in market activity.

Knight Frank has expanded its Victorian industrial team to 18 members across the state, including several new appointments to cater for expected growth in market activity and demand in the sector.

Harley Bowen has joined Knight Frank as Director, Industrial Investments, bringing more than a decade of experience from previous roles at LOGOS Property Group and Goodman.

Rachael Ragusa, who previously worked as Department Coordinator for Knight Frank’s Industrial and Logistics business, has moved into the role of Sales and Leasing Executive, Industrial Logistics, servicing Melbourne’s western suburbs.

These additions follow the appointment of Chris Bolsin at the end of last year as Sales and Leasing Executive in the Victorian industrial team.

Mr Bolsin, who has 10 years’ experience and moved to Knight Frank from CBRE, services Geelong’s industrial market and other regional areas of Victoria.

In further changes, Ally Jones has moved into the Victorian Industrial team to take over as Department Coordinator of the Victorian Industrial and Logistics business after a short stint in Capital Markets at Knight Frank.

Michael Variah has also joined the team as an Analyst, bringing more than four years’ experience in property from his previous role at Property Market Analysis LLP.

Knight Frank’s Head of Industrial Logistics, Victoria, Joel Davy, said he was excited about the team’s growth and prospects for the remainder of 2025.

“It has been a busy couple of months of recruitment in the Victorian Industrial and Logistics business at Knight Frank,” Mr Davy said.

“We have grown our team to cater for increased market activity in the sector, and to cover a wider geographical area of Victoria in line with demand.

“While the industrial property market has normalised in recent years following a boom, we are expecting transactional activity to rise in the second half of the year as the wider commercial property market begins its recovery.

“We have significant expertise in our team with recent additions, and we look forward to providing the best service to our valued clients.”

Knight Frank National Head of Industrial Logistics James Templeton said the recruitment aligned with the firm’s national strategy to grow its industrial platform.

“Industrial property remains one of the most solid sectors in the commercial property market,” Mr Templeton said.

“Industrial assets are among the most sought after amongst investors, and demand from occupiers will continue to be stable, and potentially pick up as the year progresses, with economic conditions improving.

“Strengthening our team in Victoria will assist in providing our clients with better advice, guidance and service, and we look forward to continuing to grow our teams around Australia.”
