The new six-bedroom home, spanning 11,500 square feet on a one-acre plot, was designed by architect Jae Omar and developed by H2 Developments and is now being marketed as “Three Planes.”

According to Realtor.com, the residence pays homage to the Chumash people who once occupied the land.

The property features natural materials throughout, including Shou Sugi Ban siding, Santa Barbara stone cladding, and hand-applied plaster.
Interior spaces showcase rich woods, textured stone, and earth-toned finishes that create a harmonious connection with the surrounding landscape.
The home’s amenities include a gourmet kitchen finished with the highest degree of materials and appliances, a formal dining room, living room, and a primary suite described as a “retreat unto itself” complete with a luxurious bath, steam shower, and sauna.

Outdoor spaces feature a resort-style pool and spa, fire pit, kitchen, and yoga deck.
The property also includes a detached horse stable that is both a functional amenity and a nod to the region’s equestrian soul.
The transformation represents a significant upgrade from the original 3,200-square-foot, three-bedroom home built in 1955 that West purchased in 2021 for US$4.5 million.

The rapper reportedly bought the property to be closer to his four children who were living with their mother, Kim Kardashian, in her nearby Hidden Hills residence following their divorce filing that same year.
