Elders has appointed John Talbot as Head of Commercial Real Estate, marking a significant milestone in the company’s strategy to expand its commercial property presence.
Mr Talbot brings 40 years of experience working across Sydney, Melbourne and international markets in capital markets, agency sales, and professional services.
Until recently, Mr Talbot led the Asia Pacific Valuation Advisory and Consulting platform for JLL, where he oversaw 700 property professionals across 13 countries.
In his new role, Mr Talbot will lead Elders’ efforts to build their commercial offering and market presence in both regional centres and capital cities.
His appointment follows recent strategic acquisitions by Elders in Tasmania and New South Wales, further strengthening the company’s growing network.
Elders Real Estate currently services key commercial sectors including office, retail, hospitality and tourism, industrial, and land and development.
The company’s integrated approach combines professional expertise with community trust, offering clients a seamless experience across Australia.
Mr Talbot, who is based in Sydney, said he is excited to join Elders at a time of strategic growth.
