Two specialist industrial property agencies have announced a strategic co-branded partnership that leverages more than a century of combined sales, leasing and property management expertise across Western Sydney.
LJ Hooker Commercial Bankstown, a leading agency in its market for more than three decades, has rebranded to Parkside Commercial South Western Sydney, aligning with Parkside Commercial Western Sydney, which was launched in 2022 and quickly became a leader in the market.
The expansion reunites long-time industry colleagues and respective owners Tim Byrne and Jon Orsborn with Aymen Sobbi and Rino Gazzera, who share deep roots through former roles at Colliers International and LJ Hooker Commercial.
Through the expansion, they’re positioning the Parkside Commercial group to deliver enhanced insights, connections and exposure to clients along the key industrial markets linked by the M4, M5 and M7 corridors.
Combined, the businesses manage 500 properties across Western Sydney and in the last 12 months have collectively sold 94 properties while leasing 166 properties.
Mr Orsborn said the partnership was a natural progression for the business.
“Parkside Commercial was a perfect fit for us as we look to future growth opportunities,” Mr Orsborn said.
“Aymen and Rino share the same approach to client service that Tim, I and the rest of our team have. The move bolsters our market insights, enhances our agility and provides our clients with greater reach, knowledge-sharing and deal-making capabilities across sales and leasing.”
Sharing knowledge across the respective asset management divisions was also going to deliver heightened service to investors, he said.
“We have scores of investors who have entrusted their investments to us for decades. We’ve helped shape their portfolio strategies over the years, future-proofing their assets in the marketplace.”
Mr Sobbi said there were significant opportunities in expanding the presence of Parkside Commercial throughout the industrial markets.
“Since launching three years ago, we’ve been sought-out by a growing number of clients seeking our combination of boutique service and broad-base connections,” Mr Sobbi said.
“Very similar to Tim and Jon’s team, our experience and results span everything from leasing 500sqm to sales of 20,000sqm warehouses and the investors, developers and occupiers that are in this dynamic market.
“In the expansion, we’ll be strengthening our capabilities in this market, delivering new levels of service and strategic guidance to clients.”
Parkside Commercial Western Sydney is based at Suite 1/1187 The Horsley Dr, Wetherill Park while Parkside Commercial South-Western Sydney is located at 8 French Avenue, Bankstown.
