Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness have put their West Village apartment back on the market for US$28.75 million (approximately A$45.5 million), marking a significant price drop from their original 2022 asking price of US$38.9 million (A$61.6 million).

The five-bedroom triplex on Perry Street, designed by acclaimed architect Richard Meier, spans 11,000 square feet and features a double-height living room with Hudson River views.

According to Realtor.com, Hugh, 57, and Deborra-Lee, 70, purchased the property for US$21 million (A$33.2 million) in 2008. The couple announced their separation in September 2023 after nearly three decades of marriage.

The property was briefly listed for sale in June 2022 before being withdrawn two months later. It was then offered as a rental for US$125,000 per month in late 2023.

The listing notes “very limited showings” for prospective buyers, though it makes no mention of the celebrity owners.

The three-storey apartment includes a recreation room with terrace, library, professional-grade kitchen, and a primary suite occupying the entire top floor with spa bathroom, sauna, workout room, and private terrace.

Building amenities include a fitness centre and access to celebrity chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Perry St. Restaurant.

The property’s return to market comes amid ongoing public interest in Hugh’s relationship with Broadway star Sutton Foster, whom he starred alongside in The Music Man starting in 2021.

Property records show the unit remains registered to the LLC Hugh and Deborra-Lee used for the original purchase.

As part of their divorce settlement, finalised in 2025, the former couple divided their property portfolio, with Deborra-Lee acquiring their Eleventh Avenue penthouse.
