The move positions Highland at the heart of the region’s premier mixed-use precinct and reflects the company’s strategy to invest in future-focused infrastructure, people and performance.
The new space offers a significant step up in scale and amenity, designed by award-winning Melbourne firm MIM Design and purpose-built to support Highland’s team and expanding footprint across residential sales, project marketing, commercial, property management and financial services.
“This move represents more than just a new office – it’s a strategic investment in the future of our business, the region, and our people,” said Highland Founder and CEO, David Highland.
“We’ve designed this space to attract top talent, foster collaboration, and support the next chapter of growth across all facets of our operation.”
Highland is one of the first businesses to take up residence in PARC – a six-storey mixed-use development by Sammut Group that also includes hospitality venue Parc Pavilion, and premium commercial space occupied by leading local businesses, including Modus and Feros Group.

Highland’s new office occupies a prime corner position above Monro Park, with sweeping views to Cronulla Beach and the rail interchange.
“Being part of PARC places us at the heart of one of the most forward-thinking precincts in Southern Sydney,” said Mr Highland.
“It reflects where we’re heading as a brand – integrated, design-led, and deeply connected to the communities we serve.”
The headquarters includes dual boardrooms, multiple meeting rooms and expansive breakout zones, meticulously designed to foster a centralised work zone that enables seamless collaboration across the entire team.

“The new space better supports our back-of-house teams, who are the cornerstone of our success, delivering end-to-end solutions across our entire network,” said Mr Highland.
”With the new headquarters, we’ve created a centralised environment where the whole team can operate more seamlessly, driving our collective success.”
Every detail of the fit-out has been considered, with a state-of-the-art kitchen, wraparound balcony, BBQ area, soundproofing, a high-end AV system and end-of-trip amenities included to support a modern, collaborative, and inspiring workplace where every team member can thrive.
The move has been ideally curated for Highland staff to easily access exercise facilities or the beach before their workday before heading back the office to get ready and consume breakfast in the high-end kitchen space showcasing and blend of work-life balance, right at the new headquarters.
“When designing the office, we really wanted to create an inspiring and practical workplace that our team could treat as a mix between their own home and a working environment – this was at the core of every decision.
”We wanted our people to feel supported, connected and genuinely excited to come to work each day, because when our team thrives, our clients benefit too.”
The expansion strengthens Highland’s Cronulla presence and underscores its confidence in the Sutherland Shire’s future as a leading lifestyle and business destination.
Celebrating its 18th year this month, Highland has grown from a boutique agency into one of the region’s most successful and integrated real estate groups.
“We believe in creating spaces that bring people together – not only our team, but our clients and community,” said Mr Highland.
“This new headquarters is a reflection of that belief, and of our ambition to continue setting the standard for what a modern real estate business can be.”
