Harcourts Solutions celebrates community with ‘Engage & Win 10K’ campaign success

Harcourts Solutions has announced the successful completion of its 'Engage & Win 10K' campaign, awarding $10,000 to local clients Erin and Chris in a celebration of community engagement and client relationships.

The campaign, which ran throughout July and August, attracted 212 participants who listed, leased, or secured loans with the agency during the campaign period.

The initiative represents more than a simple prize draw, embodying Harcourts Solutions’ philosophy that real estate extends beyond property transactions to meaningful community connections.

Participants were automatically entered into the draw when they engaged with any of the agency’s core services during the two-month campaign window.

Etienne Labuschagne, Group Director at Harcourts Solutions, reflected on the campaign’s deeper purpose.

“Life moves fast. Between work, family and everything in between, it’s easy to overlook the opportunities right in front of you, whether it’s selling your home, leasing your investment property, or exploring your home loan options,” she said.

“We wanted to create a reason to pause and engage, a moment to reflect on your property goals and take that next step. I’m really proud of the work the team put in to give back to their clients.”

The winning clients, Erin and Chris, were selected through a randomised draw and are long-standing clients of agents Simon Whitehead and Drew Crump.

The agents expressed their delight at the outcome, stating: “We’re thrilled for Erin and Chris. These are clients we have worked with multiple times to buy and sell and have known them for many years through the Ferny Hills community.”

Upon receiving the news, Chris responded with genuine surprise: “That’s amazing, I’m speechless…”

Meadhbh Tobin, Head of Marketing at Harcourts Solutions, highlighted the campaign’s internal benefits.
