Harcourts RPG has established what it says is the first dedicated project sales team within the Harcourts network in Australia, signalling a push into developer marketing across Melbourne and Victoria’s growth corridors.

The new division, Harcourts Project Sales (Victoria), launched with an immediate appointment: Romano Property Group’s Napier 235 development in Fitzroy, a 14-residence luxury project where construction has just commenced.

The team has already notched a $5.2 million sale – the development’s top-floor penthouse, which occupies the entire fifth level and features a private lift entrance and north-facing views.

Half of the Napier 235 residences have now sold, with prices ranging from $1.3 million to $5.2 million.

Maurice Romano, Group Managing Director of Romano Property Group and Harcourts RPG, said the launch represented a significant expansion of the group’s capabilities.

“The rapid sales momentum and premium pricing we have achieved at Napier 235 – particularly the $5.2 million penthouse – demonstrate the diligence and expertise our team brings to the table,” Maurice said.

“We are delivering a high-performance sales platform that developers can trust to achieve exceptional results.”

The division is already building its project pipeline, having been appointed to sell a 24-unit boutique warehouse development at Albert Street, Preston – marking an expansion into industrial property.

To support growth, the team is recruiting a Business Development Manager focused on developer relationships and channel partnerships.

“We are actively seeking to collaborate with property developers and channel partners who require a results-driven, professional project sales solution,” Maurice said.

“Our focus is entirely on building trust through transparent processes and delivering market-leading outcomes.”
