Kobe’s remarkable career trajectory exemplifies dedication and outstanding skill.
Formerly the Sales Manager and Head Auctioneer at Harcourts Connections, and before that at Harcourts Greater Springfield, Kobe has consistently earned recognition across the industry.
Notably, he was crowned the 2024 Real Estate Institute of Queensland Novice Auctioneer of the Year and achieved the prestigious title of National Auctioneer of the Year at the 2025 Harcourts International Awards.
Reflecting on his achievements, Kobe said, “To be recognised as the Best Auctioneer across our whole franchise nationwide is a huge honour.

Raised as a RAAF child and having lived across multiple Australian states, Kobe brings a personalised, adaptable approach to his role.
For the past 16 years, he has called Ipswich home, cultivating a deep understanding of local market trends, neighbourhoods, and amenities.
Beyond his professional excellence, Kobe believes in fostering relationships and giving back to the community.
When he’s not leading outstanding auctions or helping clients, you can find him enjoying a game of golf or playing pool with friends.
