Fast-growing property platform FOUNDIT has appointed Melanie Bosward as its newest Founding Partner, Buyers Agent – expanding the company’s network of Market Experts and building on strong momentum across New South Wales.

With 25+ years in Australian real estate, Melanie brings a vibrant blend of deep local insight, negotiation expertise, and development knowledge.

She began her career in 1997, rose through the ranks of one of Australia’s largest real estate groups to a top 5 per cent national ranking, then founded and led a successful boutique agency on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Now based in the Northern Rivers, she applies that breadth of experience to help buyers navigate complex, competitive markets with clarity and confidence.

Having personally overseen multiple residential builds and developments, Melanie brings a practical lens to due diligence — spotting value-add potential, understanding council processes, and anticipating risks before they become costs.

At FOUNDIT, she’ll combine that on-the-ground experience with the platform’s market-leading research and technology to deliver clear, data-backed advice.
