The property, known as “Sunset Cove,” was transformed from a 1980s-built home by renderer Matt Mannion of Sunny Days Developments, who purchased it for $1.44 million in July last year.
According to realestate.com.au, Mannion invested $1.2 million in microcement finishes throughout the property.
The six-bedroom, three-bathroom home features walls, floors, ceilings, and even custom-built furniture covered in microcement, creating a seamless, modern aesthetic.

Mannion and his team spent approximately 12,000 hours hand-trowelling more than 2,500 square meters of finely coated concrete.
The property attracted significant interest, with over 90 groups inspecting it during the first open home.
This overwhelming response led to an early sale before the scheduled auction.

“We negotiated a deal to a cashed-up buyer who is none other than fitness influencers Jarrah and Courtney Martin,” Mannion said.
“Known for their bold style, strong online presence, and of course, their unmistakeable yellow Lamborghini and the way they are changing people’s lives.”
The sale represents the fourth-largest transaction ever recorded in Robina.

Ray White Malan + Co agent Ricky Agent, who listed the property, said it was a great outcome.
“New suburb record, you’ve to be happy with that,” Agent said.
“In all seriousness, Sunset Cove is in a league and a market of its own, and that’s why it commanded so much attention. In the end, we only had to hold one open home and had 90 groups through โ that’s unheard of.”

The luxury property includes numerous high-end features such as built-in cabinetry, bespoke LED lighting, and resort-style outdoor entertaining areas.
It also boasts three fully-stocked bars, two media rooms, and a fully equipped gym complete with a massage chair and infrared sauna.
One of the home’s distinctive features is a hidden door that opens to reveal a double master bedroom with built-in king bed niches, Venetian plaster bedheads, and rendered ensuites.

The property sits on an 883 square meter block and includes a kitchen with a rendered island bench and Smeg appliances.
