His work has spanned all facets of the department, from systems development and workflow training to day-to-day operations, helping to establish a high-performance culture across the network.
In recent years, Fabian has also led the onboarding and training of new and existing franchise offices, building a strong foundation of best-practice principles that continue to elevate the standard of property management at Belle Property and Hockingstuart.
