The network is set to expand its footprint across South East Queensland, with its partnership model built around flexibility, choice and practical support rather than traditional long-term franchise lock-ins.
It also introduces new one-year and five-year agreement options aimed at giving business owners greater control over how they grow.
Explore Property Founder, Andrew Acton said the update reflects how both the business and the broader real estate market have evolved.
“We’ve rebuilt the Explore Property website to clearly communicate who we are, how we support business owners and what makes our model different,” Mr Acton said.
“There’s a much stronger focus on business ownership, recruitment and growth, and the platform is designed to make the next step obvious for principals considering a move.”
The new site positions Explore as a community-first real estate network that offers the tools and presence of a national brand while allowing operators to maintain independence.
According to Mr Acton, the goal was to create a digital experience that reflects what the network already delivers offline: modern branding, real support and collaborative culture.
“We’ve reached a point where the business has outgrown a basic presence,” he said.
“We’re expanding across Queensland, especially into South East Queensland, and we needed a corporate platform that properly represents the level of support, technology and brand strength we provide.”
A central feature of the new platform is the dedicated “Join Us” pathway, which outlines Explore’s offering in straightforward language.
This includes no joining fee, support for setup or changeover, a fee-free settling period, and a commission structure where sales agents retain 93 per cent while paying no property management fees.
Mr Acton said removing financial and operational barriers was a deliberate decision designed to make transitions easier for established agencies.
“We’ve intentionally removed the usual friction points that stop strong businesses from making a move,” he said.
“That includes investing in onboarding support, helping cover setup costs and ensuring there’s a structured process from early conversations through to launch and ongoing support.”
Beyond the commercial model, the new website highlights the recognition that business owners increasingly want flexibility rather than rigid franchise structures.
“Our belief is simple. Partnerships should be earned, not forced,” Mr Acton said.
“Traditional lock-in agreements can create pressure and slow decision-making.
“We want owners to stay because the partnership works, not because they have to.”
He said that the shorter one-year option appeals to operators who want to test the network before committing long term, while the five-year pathway provides stability for principals focused on recruitment, brand building and market expansion.
The refreshed platform also showcases Explore Connect, the network’s central operational hub, alongside marketing resources such as Canva Enterprise templates, strategic coaching and integrated technology support.
These tools are designed to scale with agencies of different sizes.
“Explore is built as a place for everyone, whether you’re a single operator or leading a large team,” Mr Acton said.
“Smaller businesses can access big-brand marketing and systems without heavy overhead, while larger teams benefit from consistency, training and streamlined operations.”
The timing of the launch aligns with continued population growth and competitive market conditions across South East Queensland.
Regions including Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Gympie and Hervey Bay are identified as priority expansion corridors.
“SEQ is one of the most competitive real estate markets in Queensland,” Mr Acton said.
“Business owners need a brand that helps them stand out, recruit effectively and grow without unnecessary control. That’s exactly where Explore sits.”
He said that the new website makes available territories clearer and creates a stronger enquiry pathway for principals exploring franchise alternatives or partnership models.
“The aim is clarity,” he said.
“We want business owners to immediately understand what Explore offers and how it can support their next stage of growth.”
