Dubrows sell Beverly Hills mansion for $16.5 million

The luxury real estate market in Beverly Hills continues to thrive as celebrity couple Terry and Heather Dubrow have sold their mansion for US$16.5 million (AUD$22 million).

The 9,000-square-foot estate, which features stunning ocean views, was purchased by an international buyer who is not a celebrity, according to TMZ.

The deal closed Monday after the buyer toured the property three times.

According to the listing, the Beverly Hills property boasts five bedrooms and nine bathrooms, along with luxury amenities including a full-size tennis court, swimming pool, and a massive terrace.

Perched atop a private 8.3-acre promontory, this extraordinary estate offers breathtaking panoramic views stretching from the city skyline to the ocean.

Its seamless indoor-outdoor flow extends to meticulously landscaped grounds, where the oversized terrace, pool, and spa provide an idyllic setting for relaxation and entertainment.

The estate’s design and prime location contributed to its multi-million dollar valuation.

In an interesting twist, the transaction revealed that the buyer had previously been in escrow to purchase the same property but backed out at the last minute, which is when the Dubrows originally acquired it.

The sale was facilitated by a team of high-profile real estate agents including Josh Flagg and the Altman brothers, Josh and Matt.

The transaction highlights the continued strength of the high-end real estate market in Beverly Hills, where premium properties continue to command significant prices despite broader economic concerns.
