Colliers has expanded its residential presence in Sydney’s West with a dedicated team now established in the Parramatta office.
Colliers Residential Director Daniel McMahon will lead the Western Sydney operations, bringing his extensive expertise in project marketing and site sales to the new location.
Mr McMahon will work closely with Residential Managing Director Diana Sarcasmo, Director in Charge Sydney West Harry Bui, and other asset class specialists to deliver integrated solutions from the Parramatta office.
“We’re excited to welcome Daniel into the Parramatta office and to see the Colliers Residential presence grow in Western Sydney. Daniel and Nathan’s experience and collaborative approach will add great value to our existing team and clients in the region,” Mr Bui said.
Colliers Residential Director Nathan Berlyn will continue to focus on Sydney’s South, Southwest, and the Southern Highlands, while also partnering with Mr McMahon to expand on Residential Sydney West opportunities.
The expansion represents a natural extension of the team’s capability, allowing Colliers to better serve clients across Greater Sydney, from the CBD to the West.
“Expanding into Western Sydney is a natural next step for our Residential business. It allows us to align more closely with the needs of our clients and the growing opportunities in this important corridor,” Ms Sarcasmo said.
The strategic move comes as Western Sydney is projected to reach a population of 2.9 million by 2036, with NSW expecting average growth of 85,000 people per year through to 2031—a large proportion of whom will settle in Western Sydney.
“This move builds on the strong platform already established by our NSW Residential team, led by Blake Schulze and Guillaume Volz, and positions us to further strengthen our integrated offering across Greater Sydney,” Ms Sarcasmo said.
