According to realestate.com.au, the five-bedroom, five-bathroom home, which Clarke purchased for $13.01 million in 2021, has undergone significant renovations during his ownership.Â
The property sits on a 784-square-meter block and features heated limestone floors, multiple living areas, and a Mediterranean-style kitchen.
“It will have a two in front of it,” listing agent Bill Malouf of Highland Double Bay Malouf said, who is marketing the property alongside colleague Emma Potter.
The timing of the sale coincides with the start of the Ashes series, with Clarke having been inducted into the Australian Cricket Hall of Fame for his achievements as both player and captain.

During his illustrious career, Clarke amassed over 8,600 Test runs and 28 centuries, and led Australia to victory in the 2015 Cricket World Cup.
The property’s luxury amenities include both casual and formal living and dining areas, a study, and a gym.
One of its standout features is a swimming pool complemented by a Tuscan-style cabana with a fireplace, creating an ideal entertainment space for Sydney’s warm climate.

Clarke has already secured his next residence, purchasing a larger six-bedroom mansion nearby for approximately $20 million.

His new home occupies a substantial 1,000-square-meter block and features a championship tennis court that reportedly “bowled him over.”
This is another significant property move for Clarke, who previously sold the matrimonial home he shared with his former wife Kyly for $12 million in 2021.
