Cohen Handler has appointed three senior buyer’s agents to its Victorian team, extending its coverage across Melbourne’s eastern and bayside corridors.

Peter Sinclair, Lucinda Earle and Jonathon Hannan join the firm to cover Boroondara, Glen Eira, Stonnington and Bayside – areas where off-market activity and pre-auction negotiation remain common.

Peter brings close to two decades of experience as a negotiator, marketing strategist and auctioneer on the selling side of residential real estate.

He will focus on Boroondara and Glen Eira.

Lucinda, a former litigation, property and construction lawyer, has been appointed to cover Stonnington and Bayside.

Her legal background adds a strategic dimension to the Victorian team’s negotiation capability.

Jonathon spent six years in sales before transitioning to buyer representation, bringing direct experience of how selling agents operate.

Nicole Jacobs, Managing Director of Cohen Handler Victoria, said the appointments reflected growing demand for dedicated buyer representation.

“We’re seeing more buyers, from first-home purchasers through to high-net-worth families, recognise that having a dedicated advocate isn’t a luxury, it’s a strategic advantage,” Nicole said.

“Peter, Lucinda and Jonathon each bring something unique to the team, and their appointments mean we can offer deeper local expertise across more of Melbourne’s key markets.”

The expansion comes as competition across Melbourne’s inner and middle-ring suburbs remains intense, with limited stock continuing to favour sellers.

Cohen Handler operates across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia and the ACT.
