Belle Property has expanded its presence in Queensland with the opening of Belle Property Greater Springfield, located in the southwest of Brisbane.
The new office will be led by local expert Claire Wells, who brings 17 years of industry experience and a strong reputation for delivering high-calibre service to the area.
Throughout her career, Ms Wells has received multiple industry awards, including National Manager of the Year, and previously served as McGrath General Manager of Queensland (Property Management).
She has also been a multiple-time national finalist and represented a multi-award-winning Property Management team, demonstrating her exceptional ability to lead teams and achieve outstanding results.
Joining Ms Wells is Shan Colombani as the office’s Property Management Partner, bringing 14 years of expertise and numerous prestigious awards for excellence in property management.
