Chris Noble joins Savills as Industrial Occupier Services Director

Savills Australia and New Zealand has appointed Chris Noble as Director to its Victoria business, strengthening its Industrial Occupier Services capabilities.

Savills Australia and New Zealand has bolstered its Industrial Occupier Services team with the strategic appointment of Chris Noble as Director to its Victoria business.

Mr Noble brings more than 30 years of experience delivering end-to-end real estate strategies across some of Australia’s most complex property ecosystems.

His extensive career includes roles at Australia Post, Toll, Bapcor, Visy and Foster’s Group, where he has developed deep expertise in strategy, leadership, and the securing and managing of complex portfolios.

Throughout his career, Mr Noble has shaped how organisations approach property as a driver of growth, with experience spanning automated logistics hubs, national retail networks, strategic capital planning, and asset disposals.

His appointment is further strengthened by a strong track record leading high-performance teams, governing outsourced partnerships, and aligning long-range strategies to core business goals.

Michael Wall, National Head of Industrial and Logistics at Savills Australia and New Zealand, expressed confidence in the new appointment.
