Led by principals Robert, Gloria, and Marcus Biasetto, the family brings more than 37 years of real estate experience to the new location.
The Fairfield office opens with the acquisition of more than 300 property managements and a team that includes leading local agent Patrick Jerji, already recognised as the number one agent in the area.
Mr Biasetto said opening Ray White Fairfield was a natural progression for their group.
โWeโve had strong market share in Fairfield for many years, so it made sense to expand and offer the community a dedicated office,โ he said.
โFairfield is a diverse and growing area, with a lot of new developments, apartments, and family homes. Itโs very multicultural and home to many first-time buyers and investors.
โWe want to position ourselves as the trusted local agency that people can rely on for honest, professional service.โ
Looking ahead, Mr Biasetto said the groupโs focus would be on building awareness and strengthening their connection to the community.
โOur family has always prided ourselves on our honesty and integrity, and we want to bring that same reputation to Fairfield,โ he said.
โWeโre a family business with deep roots in Western Sydney, and we want to be known as the go-to agency in the area, supported by a multilingual team who can truly connect with the community.โ
Ray White NSW chief executive Tim Snell congratulated the Biasetto family on their expansion.
โRobert, Gloria, and Marcus have built an incredible legacy over nearly four decades,โ Mr Snell said.
โThe opening of Ray White Fairfield is a testament to their commitment, and weโre excited to see their family business continue to thrive and grow in one of Sydneyโs most dynamic markets.โ
