Knight Frank has strengthened its New South Wales Office Leasing team with the appointment of Alex Raymond as Director, Office Leasing.
Ms Raymond brings nearly two decades of comprehensive commercial real estate experience to Knight Frank, spanning tenant representation, client-side and agency roles.
In her new position, she will focus on partnering with clients to deliver expert leasing solutions in the Sydney CBD.
Prior to joining Knight Frank, Ms Raymond served as National Head of Office Leasing at Elanor Investors Group. Her extensive background also includes seven years in office leasing at Dexus, as well as roles at other major commercial property agencies.
Knight Frank Partner, National Head of Leasing Andrea Roberts said Ms Raymond was a key addition to the New South Wales’ Office Leasing team.
“Alex has impressive experience in office leasing in Sydney’s commercial property market, and we are very excited to have her come on board,” Ms Roberts said.
