Acton | Belle Property has opened its first office in Karratha, adding the Pilbara mining hub to its Western Australian network.

The office is led by Dylan Rakich, who has lived in the region for more than 21 years and spent five years in real estate.

Karratha has drawn increased investor attention in recent months, with the Pilbara’s rental market delivering strong returns.

The region’s economy, driven by resources and infrastructure, continues to attract workers relocating for employment, alongside established residents and property investors.

“Having lived in Karratha for more than 21 years, I’m deeply connected to the area and passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for clients,” Dylan said.

“What really drew me to Acton | Belle Property was the people-first culture and focus on building strong teams. Supporting your people naturally translates into better service and results for clients.”

Travis Coleman, Belle Property’s Head of Western Australia, said Dylan’s appointment reflected the brand’s commitment to regional growth.

“Dylan has consistently demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and a deep connection to the community,” Travis said.

“We’re excited to see the positive impact in this thriving region.”

The Karratha office adds to Acton | Belle Property’s existing Western Australian presence, though the release did not specify how many offices the brand currently operates in the state.
