The opening coincides with the 2025 REMAX Eagle Award winner further cementing her commitment to the network, with Ms Sweeney renewing both her established Burpengary and Woodford offices with the global brand.
REMAX Living has been a leading agency across the Moreton Bay region for more than 20 years, with Ms Sweeney having purchased the Burpengary-based business in 2018.
Three years later, she acquired a second office in Woodford, relocating it to a new, permanent premises in 2024.
The third REMAX Living location, situated in Kurwongbah/Narangba, opened its doors earlier this month.
“The way I look at growing my business really comes down to the opportunity to build a legacy for my family, strengthening the business and creating opportunities for generations to come,” Ms Sweeney said.
Ms Sweeney’s sons, William and Harley, both work within the REMAX Living business as successful sales agents.
“The new office is positioned within a strong growth corridor of Moreton Bay and borders our current Burpengary service area, where we are the number one office and number one sales team,” she said.
“It is a fantastic opportunity for our clients and allows us to extend our service region and meet our clients’ needs across all three offices, creating a better client experience overall.”
Ms Sweeney said the office will continue to deliver both sales and property management services and is well positioned for growth, with plans to recruit motivated sales agents seeking to develop their careers with the support of a successful and established business.
