National real estate brand The Agency will launch a new, dedicated sales training division in 2026 in partnership with respected industry trainer Danny Grant, which comes on the back of a record year of growth for The Agency.
“The Agency’s partnership with Danny Grant will deliver structured, progressive, and culturally aligned training to agents at every stage of their career from new starters to elite performers,” The Agency CEO of Real Estate Matt Lahood said.
“We have a long association with Danny as he was a high-performing agent in our business when we first opened our doors who then moved into leadership, coaching and prop-tech innovation.
Mr Lahood said Danny is the type of trainer that The Agency wanted to be aligned with, not only because of his experience, but also because of his ethics, high standards and existing relationships and knowledge of The Agency model.
“Danny understands The Agency’s unique approach to real estate and this ongoing partnership will ensure consistency, accountability and measurable growth across all agent skill levels all while complementing our long standing coach Claudio Encina.”
Danny Grant said he is launching his new training offering Grantspace with wife Diane which was about creating an environment of sustainable success whereby agents are able to build a thriving career without sacrificing their health, family or integrity.
“Being a good person should always come first and your career should support the life you want to live, not consume it.
“The Agency leadership team aligns strongly with this philosophy, and I’m very much looking forward to helping their agents. I also admire that they are willing to invest this seriously into their people.”
