And this brings a fresh set of opportunities for everyone.

Think about Rocky and Apollo Creed – a classic David vs Goliath story.

All Rocky wanted to do was go the distance with Apollo (a much more sophisticated and experienced opponent).

Rocky’s strategy was to train as hard as possible and grind away drawing on all of his resilience in the hopes that he could go the distance with the World Champion.

And he succeeded (albeit ending up a bit worse for wear!)

But if Rocky had today’s tools to work out where his competitor’s weaknesses were and worked smarter rather than harder, could he have ended the fight in better shape?

Could he have even won?

In real estate, we see people giving advice to ‘be like Rocky’.

Get tougher, make more calls, outwork your competition.

Rocky was an outlier; and the fact is not all of us have Rocky’s resilience.

Fortunately, we are all able to learn and deploy the new tools we have available to us right here, right now, at a lower cost than ever before.

We can do more against the Apollo’s of the world by outsmarting rather than outworking.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a small independent agent or a big established firm; everyone can benefit from the power of AI.
