Property software provider Rockend has today announced the launch of realbenchmark – an industry-first cloud-based dashboard, allowing REST Professional users to view their KPI’s and benchmark these against other agencies.
“The business of real estate is growing more competitive each and every day, and it’s critical for agency owners and business managers to have access to the best and most up-to-date information in order to make informed decisions,” Fiona Mott, Rockend’s Product Manager for realbenchmark, said.
“At Rockend, we are always, looking to help you make business improvements, gauge performance and increase efficiencies. We’ve created a tool that puts the right information in front of you and makes it easy to assess the performance of your property management department.”
Early feedback from a the beta program for realbenchmark has been extremely positive. “Beta clients have adopted realbenchmark as an integral part of the management of their property management operations. It has unlocked critical business insights they were previously unaware of.” Ms Mott said.
“The true power of realbenchmark is the ability for users to compare their own KPIs to other similar businesses using the Benchmarking tool. It’s a first for the real estate industry and puts the power of knowledge firmly into the hands of business owners. Industry benchmarking is not new. But what is new, is being able to access dynamic, timely and up-to-date benchmarking data in an online environment. That’s what realbenchmark offers,” she said.
“You can benchmark your business against other businesses of similar size in the same region, and see how you’re performing against the top 10 per cent, bottom 10 per cent and average for any of the KPI report statistics. This is where realbenchmark really adds value. You can benchmark the performance of your business over time to assess if changes you’ve made within your business have improved performance and created efficiencies.”
“realbenchmark puts all this and more at your fingertips,” Ms Mott said.
