RE/MAX adds South Korea to growing network

RE/MAX continues worldwide growth as company adds South Korea to list of more than 95 countries.

The RE/MAX reach through the Asia Pacific Rim expands to ten countries with the announcement of a master franchise for South Korea.

Michael Davoren, the Managing Director of RE/MAX Australia and RE/MAX New Zealand, says the network’s growth in the Asia-Pacific Rim facilitates real estate leaders in countries of the region working together for best outcomes for agents and their customers.

“We are now represented in ten countries in the Asia-Pacific Rim region with Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Guam, South Korea, China, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

“This delivers us better potential than most other real estate group to harness the very active Asian buyer market.”

Davoren says key representatives from the broader region have already come together on three occasions in the past 12 months for strategic direction planning, with another session planned for September this year.

“Establishing and consolidating the Asia-Pacific Rim network also attracts invitations and opportunities for property-related conventions and expos, which supports the growth of close professional relationships and strong networks among RE/MAX sales associates throughout the region.

“This means our customers, be they sellers, buyers and/or investors, have ten-countries-worth of agents working for them in the Asia Pacific Rim region alone.

“Drawing together this region’s real estate industry experience and expertise also provides the opportunity to identify the best websites available for reaching the market, such as juwai.com, which is the number one Chinese property portal in Australia, in New Zealand and around the world.

“Such strong relationships/networks across the Asia-Pacific Rim firms up business in all sectors including residential and commercial sales and property management, and project marketing,” said Davoren.
