realestateVIEW.com.au Taps into Growing Chinese Market in Partnership with GiFang.com

Industry backed property portal realestateVIEW.com.au has entered into a relationship with leading Chinese property listing website GiFang.com and its English website, ourproperties.com.au, to give local agents improved access to the growing number of Chinese property buyers in Australia.

According to Chinese Real Estate Congress and GiFang Research, since 2005 the number of Australian properties sold to Chinese buyers has increased by 4500 percent.

General Manager of realestateVIEW.com.au, Petra Sprekos, said the new partnership would tap into this emerging market by offering greater reach for agents listing in areas with a high volume of Chinese buyers.

“Chinese buyers are now the largest non-Australian property buyer group and the third largest migrant group in Australia,” said Ms Sprekos.

“Our listing partnership with GiFang.com means that any agent who lists with realestateVIEW.com.au will have the opportunity to access Chinese buyers at a fraction of the cost of other Chinese websites.”

GiFang.com/ourproperties.com.au is the leading listing platform for Australian real estate in China, with its China-based offices also facilitating sales for Australian agents. The website attracts one million unique visitors per month, with 63 percent of its audience intending to purchase property in Australia in the next 12 months, while a further 20 percent already owning a property Down Under.

Ms Sprekos said the benefits of the partnership would extend beyond just listings.

“It will offer realestateVIEW.com.au subscribers the opportunity to physically network with high net worth Chinese prospects on their tours to Australia and establish an ongoing relationship with 2.5million China-based agents,” she said.

Chief Executive Officer of GiFang.com, Michael Yang, said partnering with Australia’s only industry website was important for GiFang.com as it enters a growth phase.

“GiFang.com is now one of China’s Top 100 Overseas companies,” said Mr Yang. “With so many Chinese now living and working in Australia, and Australia’s growing population creating excellent investment growth prospects for Chinese buyers, this partnership signals an important step forward in our continued growth.

“We’re confident we will deliver excellent value to realestateVIEW.com.au customers.”
