Ray White’s Commitment to Customer Excellence Sees the Group Dominate the RateMyAgent 2015 Awards.

Ray White has continued its commitment to deliver the country’s leading customer service with the highest number of offices and agents named in the annual RateMyAgent Awards 2015, announced on 29 February, the only real estate industry awards which are rated by customers.

Ray White Glen Waverley led the charge, rated the top agency nationwide, Ray White Belconnen was rated number one in the ACT, Peter Kiritsis of Ray White Woodville was rated number one agent in South Australia, and more Ray White agencies and agents featured heavily in the top 10 within each state.

RateMyAgent provides the real estate industry’s premier annual awards recognising agents and businesses on what matters most: customer satisfaction. Over 100,000 reviews were submitted to RateMyAgent.com.au by vendors and buyers relating to sales in 2015 and over 12,000 reviews were posted by Ray White clients.

Ray White has been dedicated to providing customer satisfaction excellence since 2013, surveying every vendor through The Net Promoter Score (NPS) . In 2015 alone, Ray White has surveyed thousands of vendors resulting in over 14,500 people scoring Ray White agents a 10/10 for their customer satisfaction. Ray White has also maintained an NPS of 80 in 2015, which is considered a world class score in any industry.
