Ray White Bankstown was named as the top Metro auction office for the second year in a row, while Ray White Emms Mooney won the top Regional auction office. Ben Hottes of Ray White Grafton won top Regional auction agent for the second year in a row.

Ray White Sydney Blue CEO Jason Andrew said the processional effect of winning was not culture; the processional effect of culture was winning.

“I know, without equivocation, that I can call so many of you and ask to show a potential recruit through your business. Your response – tell me how we can help?” Mr Andrew said.

“An agent can pick up the phone to a chairman at any time and there is no doubt the Ray White network was more agile, dynamic and consistent than ever before.”

The Director’s Cup Award, given to the person identified as having made a significant contribution to the Ray White brand, was awarded to Robert Biasetto of Wetherill Park.

Ray White New South Wales chairman Stephen Nell commented that this award was the only prize on the night that you receive; you cannot win it.

“This award is not given for sales performance yet Robert Biasetto has been a vital member of our network for more than 25 years in outer western Sydney at Wetherill Park,” Mr Nell said.

“Robert has held this area together for us in that region for many years. Robert always puts Ray White’s interest – as well as his own – at [the] forefront of any decision he makes. I congratulate Robert on this well-deserved award as we can always go further together.”

In property management awards, Ray White Thompson Partners took the top property management Team of the Year accolade.

Kylie Ziino of Ray White Surry Hills won property management Business Development Manager of the Year, while Margie Hawker won Property Manager of the Year for her role at Ray White Double Bay.
