Professionals growing in South Australia

Professionals Real Estate Group has strengthened its presence in South Australia, with the addition of a new agency in the historic coastal holiday town of Moonta.

After three years of operating as an independent agency, Julie Gresty’s thriving real estate practice on the Yorke Peninsula has joined the Professionals Real Estate Group under the banner of Professionals Copper Coast.

Ms Gresty said the level of support that the Professionals Real Estate Group provided to principals was a major factor which influenced her decision to join the network.

“It’s great to have that support, both from the Professionals team and from other members of the group,” Ms Gresty said.

“After operating as an independent for three years, to be able to call or email somebody about an issue is terrific and then there is the ability to tap into other buyers and sellers through other agents in the network.”

Professionals Real Estate Group Chief Executive Officer David Crombie said the group was building a strong presence in South Australia.

Professionals have a strong brand that is recognised nationally and we are looking to build the number of agencies we have servicing South Australia,” Mr Crombie said.

“With the addition of Professionals Copper Coast, we now have 15 agencies operating under the Professionals banner in South Australia and I believe there is significant opportunity for further growth.”

Mr Crombie said the network’s growth over the past year showed the attractiveness of the Professionals brand.

“Our membership network is different to a franchise system, because it allows members to use a well-known real estate brand and to access extensive support through a comprehensive suite of tools and services,’’ he said.

“Being part of the Professionals network allows members to have greater autonomy to drive their business forward, while also offering the advantage of more attractive fees than a typical franchise.”

Mr Crombie, who splits his time between Professionals offices throughout Australia, said a key priority for the group is to ensure its members receive the best possible support from ‘local’ offices.
