AFTER years of preparation, planning and perfecting, the $150 million Mon Komo Oaks at Redcliffe is open for business, with titles now through.

The first purchasers have moved in to the much anticipated residential apartments and with almost 1000 room nights booked prior to opening late last month, Mon Komo Oaks is absorbing massive holiday accommodation demand in Redcliffe, for holiday makers and corporate travellers alike.
