NGU launches in Brisbane’s Southwest

NGU Real Estate is opening doors for business in Brisbane’s Centenary suburbs under the leadership of experienced real estate sales professionals Chris Foenander and Mel Rodrigo.

NGU Southwest is the brand’s ninth office to open across southeast Queensland in little more than two years.

“I am honoured to open an NGU office in the suburbs where my career commenced, and where NGU still holds price records,” Mr Foenander said.

“The Centenary suburbs need the presence of a trusted advisory real estate company. NGU Southwest is that go-to business, one the community can trust.”

Mr Rodrigo has joined NGU Real Estate as NGU Southwest principal, contributing more than 20 years of knowledge on the marketing and selling of properties in the Centenary suburbs.

“I have made the decision to move to the NGU Real Estate brand to elevate the standards of service and marketing, and to grow the business further across sales and property management,” Mr Rodrigo said.

“This change will encourage other prominent experienced professionals in the industry to consider switching to more innovative brands such as NGU. My team will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the NGU team and we are excited about the journey.”

Mr Foenander said NGU was already benefitting from Mr Rodrigo’s presence.

“Working alongside Mel is going to teach me so much, he has 23 years of experience in real estate across southwest Brisbane,” Mr Foenander said.

“Our team has more than 80 years of real estate experience combined, and you couldn’t ask for a better starting line-up. A team with the right people is important as the right culture is critical to success.”

The new Mt Ommaney-based office houses NGU Southwest staff concerned with both residential sales and property management.

Their focus is firmly on achieving growth, while maintaining extremely high service benchmarks.

“I am passionate about elevating the standards of real estate in the southwest and becoming the leader in prestige real estate across the Centenary suburbs,” Mr Foenander said.

“We are all about growing a team of like-minded sales agents, property managers and support staff.”
