LJ Hooker Avnu Founding Partner Adrian Bridges recently welcomed Nic Christou to the team.
Mr Christou has an impressive track record, starting his career when he was just 15 years old, and has now chalked up more than 10 years in the industry.
Mr Bridges said Mr Christou first reached out to him on Instagram and requested a mentoring opportunity.
“From the moment I met Nic, I knew I had to have him as part of my team,” Mr Bridges said. “He loves solving problems, he’s nurturing with buyers and he’s keen to learn and grow.”
When making his decision, Mr Christou was looking for a new challenge, growth opportunities and a team that worked really well together.
“Adrian has been able to achieve so much in his career, I believe his negotiation skills are second to none and I want to work with an agent that’s successful but also has a strong team,” Mr Christou said.
” Culture is really important to me and the culture in the team and at Avnu was a big driver in convincing me to join.”
Samantha Panarello makes up the rest of the team as executive assistant.
With five years’ experience in real estate in prestige markets like Mosman, Double Bay and Bulimba (Queensland), Mr Bridges said Ms Panarello will focus on making their client experience exceptional, ensuring that their campaign is executed perfectly, that every inspection is an unforgettable event, and that each property stands out.
