Michelle Delaney announced as permanent CEO for Better Homes and Gardens Australia

Better Homes and Gardens Australia has appointed Michelle Delaney to the position of CEO Australia.

This appointment adds additional strength to the group following last week’s announcement that the company had opened its first two offices in Sydney’s Hills District.

The team at Combined Services – the parent company of Century 21 and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in Australia – say they are looking forward to Ms Delaney’s start date, said to be this month.

She will be instrumental in the rollout of the 15 offices the company says are opening from May through July.

“Michelle brings with her a wealth of experience,” said Frank Knez, Senior Manager with Combined Services.

“Not only has she worked as an agent but has managed multi-office networks, developed property management systems and procedures, created platforms to better manage all aspects of a real estate business and
implemented these at the highest levels of the real estate industry”.

Ms Delaney began her extensive industry career in Sydney in 1988 and has been involved in all aspects of running a real estate business.

“When I first heard that Better Homes were opening in Australia, I attended their Brisbane launch and from that moment onward I knew I wanted to be part of this most unique and highly respected brand,” Ms Delaney said.
